Good value for the money. Entry was only 20 yuan which is reasonable for a large scenic area. The lake views are nice but nothing mind-blowing. I liked that you can walk the whole perimeter in about 2 hours. The only downside is limited food options – just a couple of stalls selling noodles and drinks. Bring your own snacks.

Perfect for a family day out! Our kids (ages 6 and 9) loved the small playground near the entrance and the paddle boats. The paths are stroller-friendly and there's plenty of shaded spots for picnics. We also saw some ducks and swans which was a big hit. Easy parking and affordable entry fee. Will come again!

Honestly a bit let down. Maybe my expectations were too high from the photos online. The lake itself is fine, but the area felt crowded even on a weekday. The food stands were overpriced and the 'scenic' boat ride was just a 15-minute loop with nothing special. Not terrible, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Pretty nice overall! The lake is huge and the water is very clear. We rented a pedal boat which was fun but a bit pricey (60 yuan for 30 minutes). The surrounding gardens are lovely but could use more benches. Also, the restrooms were clean which is a big plus. I'd recommend coming early to avoid crowds.

Absolutely stunning! I visited on a crisp autumn morning and the mist over Yinghu Lake was like a painting. The walking trails are well-maintained and the pagoda at the far end offers a breathtaking panoramic view. We spent almost 4 hours just wandering and taking photos. Definitely a hidden gem for nature lovers.
