5 stars without hesitation! If you're afraid of heights, this bridge will challenge you – but that's exactly why you should do it. I practically crawled across the first 50 meters, but the sense of accomplishment at the end was incredible. The scenery is postcard-perfect: lush green cliffs, deep ravines, and a waterfall in the distance. The bridge is well-maintained and the safety measures are obvious. Bring your camera, but hold onto it tight – I saw someone almost drop theirs!
What a magical place! Walking across the glass bridge felt like floating above the forest. The engineering is incredible, and the way the bridge sways gently in the wind adds to the excitement. I loved looking down at the turquoise river snaking through the canyon below. The staff were friendly and even helped take photos. We ended up spending almost an hour just soaking in the views. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Zhangjiajie!
Honestly, I was a bit let down. The glass bridge is cool in concept, but for the high ticket price I expected a more polished experience. The glass panels were scratched and foggy in many spots, making the 'thrill' of looking down pretty underwhelming. Plus, the staff kept yelling at people to keep moving, which killed the vibe. The canyon scenery from the bridge is nice, but you can get similar views from other spots for free. Wouldn't go out of my way again.
The Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge is definitely a must-see, but be prepared for crowds. We arrived at 9am and it was already packed – lots of people stopping for selfies, which slowed down the walk. The bridge itself is impressive, though I wish the glass was a bit cleaner so you could see the canyon floor more clearly. Still, the surrounding karst peaks are stunning, and the walk across gives you an adrenaline rush. Would recommend going on a weekday if possible.
Absolutely insane experience! The glass bridge is way more terrifying and exhilarating than I expected. Looking down through the clear floor at the canyon 300 meters below made my legs shake, but the views are absolutely breathtaking. We went early in the morning and had the place almost to ourselves – the mist rolling through the valley was like something out of a movie. Totally worth the entry fee. One of the coolest things I've ever done in China!
I was skeptical about the hype, but this place blew me away. The bridge is incredibly long and the glass is super thick (felt totally safe). You can see straight down hundreds of meters — it's both terrifying and thrilling. We went during golden hour and the sunset lighting made the whole canyon glow. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Zhangjiajie. Book your ticket online to skip the line!
What a masterpiece of engineering! The glass bridge is huge and gives you a totally unique perspective on the canyon. I went on a clear day and the photos came out amazing — the reflection on the glass adds a nice touch. There's also a small bungee jumping platform nearby if you're brave enough. Crowd was manageable on a weekday. A must-visit in Zhangjiajie. Five stars hands down.
Absolutely incredible! Walking on that glass bridge feels like floating above the canyon. The views are unreal — lush green cliffs, a deep ravine, and a river snaking far below. I'm not afraid of heights, but my knees were shaking in a good way. The staff was friendly and the whole area is well-maintained. One of the coolest things I've done in China. 10/10 would do again!
Great experience overall! The bridge is sturdy and the glass panels are clear enough to see the stunning gorge beneath. We went early in the morning and it wasn't too crowded. The only downside is that the shuttle bus from the parking lot to the entrance took forever, and the signage could be better. But once you're on the bridge, it's totally worth it. Would recommend for thrill-seekers.
Honestly, the glass bridge itself is impressive — the view of the canyon below is breathtaking. But I was a bit let down by the crowds. It was so packed that you could barely stop to take a photo without someone bumping into you. Also, the staff seemed rushed and not very helpful. For the ticket price, I expected a bit more organization. Still, the experience is unique, just don't go on a weekend.
Good experience overall, but not mind-blowing. The bridge is definitely long and high, but the glass panels fogged up quickly from humidity, so the transparency was compromised. It's a fun walk, but I've been on other glass bridges in China that felt more impressive. The surrounding canyon hiking trails are actually the highlight. Still solid 4 stars for the unique setting.
An unforgettable day! The views from the bridge are spectacular – you can see the sheer cliffs and the river winding far below. What made it extra special was the weather: a slight breeze and clear skies. The staff were friendly and provided shoe covers to keep the glass clean. Highly recommend for anyone who loves nature and a bit of thrill!
Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The glass wasn't as clear as I expected – lots of scratches and smudges, so the effect of walking on air was much weaker. Also, the ticket price is quite steep for what you get. The canyon itself is beautiful, but the bridge felt overhyped. Not terrible, but I'd skip it next time.
A very impressive structure and the scenery is gorgeous. However, it was incredibly crowded when I visited (midday on a weekend), and the staff didn't manage the flow well. You end up shuffling slowly with no time to stop and enjoy the view. Still a great engineering marvel, but try to go early or on a weekday.
Absolutely breathtaking! The glass bridge is so high that walking on it feels like floating in the sky. The canyon views below are stunning, and the glass panels are clean enough to see the lush greenery and river. My heart was pounding the whole way, but it was so worth it. Definitely a bucket-list experience!
An engineering marvel! Walking 300 meters above the canyon gives you such an adrenaline kick. The staff were friendly and the path is well-maintained. I'd recommend going early to avoid crowds—we had almost the whole bridge to ourselves at 8am. Totally worth the ticket price.
Okay, I’ll admit I was terrified, but the bridge felt solid and safe. The staff even let us take our time with photos. However, we visited on a foggy day and could barely see the bottom—kind of defeated the purpose. If you go, check the weather forecast first!
I've done a few glass bridges before, and this one might be the longest. The walk is thrilling, and the surrounding mountains are unreal. Only wish there were more signs or info points about the geological formations below. Still, 4 stars because my kids loved it!
The glass bridge itself is impressive, but honestly it was way too crowded when we went (midday). You barely get a moment to soak in the scenery without someone bumping into you. Also, the entrance fee felt a little steep for what you get—especially compared to other spots in the park.
This bridge is absolutely insane in the best way possible! The views of the canyon below are breathtaking, and the glass floor gives you a real rush. I was nervous at first but the staff were super reassuring. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Zhangjiajie.
